Dr. Daehyun (Diane) Kim is the founder and CEO of Creativitics, an educational consulting firm focusing on the assessment and development of creativity for children and adults, Dr. Kim holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with an emphasis on gifted and creative education from the University of Georgia (UGA). While at UGA, she studied under and worked with some of the world's most renowned creativity scholars such as Dr. Mark Runco and Dr. Bonnie Cramond.

 

Before founding Creativitics LLC, she was a full-time Research Professional and Center Coordinator at UGA’s Torrance Center for Creativity and Talent Development. At the Center, she worked as a presenter, trainer, and certificate judge for the Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking (TTCT) training for teachers in the U.S. and around the world. Dr. Kim’s research areas include creativity assessment, bilingualism's effect on creativity, multicultural influences in creativity, employee/team creativity, and creative leadership.

 

Using more than 10 years of her experience in creativity assessment using TTCT and other creativity measures, she is dedicated to the assessment and development of creativity for any individual, especially Korean American and/or Korean students, adults, and organizations.
